Started by importers who were tired of surprises
LinCargo Freight Ltd grew out of our own frustration with moving goods into Kenya: quotes that doubled on arrival, containers stuck at the port because a form was missing, and agents who went quiet the moment payment cleared.
So we built the forwarder we wished we’d had. One account handler from the first WhatsApp to the last delivery. Itemised quotes that match the final invoice. A clearing team in Mombasa that pre-lodges your documents so your cargo moves the day it lands.
Today we move cargo for manufacturers, construction firms, retailers and first-time importers across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and South Sudan — and we still answer the phone.

Vessel sailed, vessel arrived, entry lodged, cargo released, truck loaded. Updates come to you — you shouldn’t have to chase.
We do it properly
Licensed clearing agents, correct tariff classification and proper documentation. Short-cuts at the port always cost more in the end.
